Many of our customers appreciate having WAi complete their full product assembly in house. It’s just as easy for us to do it while we have the boards in the manufacturing process. It also helps us to quickly and easily identify issues that might come up with prototype assemblies, such as mounting holes not drilled in the correct location or the correct size. Or clearance issues with tall through-hole components. We have a lot of experience with this and we’ve staffed our facility with problems solvers that don’t just throw their hands in the air when something doesn’t fit right. We’re a small organization so we can easily have the president of our company contact our customers and propose a solution that our team has come up with.
